Your initial visit is about 90 minutes and is a through review of factors that affect your current mental health.  You will need to complete information about your current symptoms, history, family history, nutrition, sleep, current self-care strategies.

Through interview and review of your completed paperwork I will complete a comprehensive assessment that will help us to collaboratively form a treatment plan unique to you.

    $150 per 50 minute session.

    Insurance

    I accept:

    • Aetna
    • Blue Cross Blue Shield North Carolina
    • Cigna
    • Oscar
    • Optum
    • Tricare
    • Medcost
    • United Health Care

Many insurances have an out of network benefit.  If you have insurance that is not mentioned above, you may pay the fee and I will provide a super bill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

    • Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
    • Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
    • Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
    • Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

    Payment

I accept all major credit cards.  You will make payment directly through a confidential client portal at each session.

    Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend please give a 24 hour notice so that other clients may benefit from the time.  A no show fee may be charged.
